Issues: Higher Education Education
Education and preparing our youth for college is extremely important. However education is about more than just college. We must prepare our kids for careers as well. Beginning a dialogue between our employers and our schools is a great first step. Once our students learn the skills necessary to fill Michigan's jobs, and employers are drawn as they will easily find the skilled labor that they need. Again, that is how jobs are created.
